Locations, Permits & Planning

Everything you need to know about choosing your ceremony location

Why are venue fees separate?
Miami ceremony locations do not all work the same way. Some beaches require a permit only if you have chairs or decor. Some gardens charge by guest count. Some historic venues do not allow chairs, arches, runners, loose petals, amplified music, or food. Because of this, we do not bundle venue fees into our base collections. Instead, we help you choose the right location and quote the correct venue or permit fee based on your guest count and ceremony style.
Do I need a permit for a beach wedding in Miami?
Yes, most beach locations require permits. We coordinate the permit application process with you so you never have to deal with a government form.
What’s the best time of day for ceremony photos?
Golden hour (1–2 hours before sunset) provides the most romantic lighting. Morning ceremonies (sunrise to 10am) offer soft light and fewer crowds. We’ll help you choose the perfect timing for your vision.
Are the beaches private or public?
All our beach locations are public beaches, but our permit secures your ceremony space. Morning and weekday ceremonies tend to be more private with fewer beachgoers around.
Which location is best for larger groups?
Crandon Park and Fairchild Gardens are ideal for larger ceremonies (20+) with ample parking.
